Angie Harmon was an American model and actress who was featured in many films and series. Her first venture was as a model, but once she was recognized internationally, she decided to pursue acting. She began her acting career in the television series "Baywatch Nights" from 1995. Harmon is also a voice actor and provided the voice of an animated version of the Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker movie. The beginning of 2000 was when Harmon decided to focus only on films and quit doing TV shows. After a brief hiatus, she returned to TV being in films for a couple of episodes. One of her rare actors who posed naked for "Allure" publication in 2008. Her most notable work was in the role of the detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles'. When she played Detective Jane Rizzoli she has received a lot of praise and accolades. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her outstanding performances, however she did not win any awards.
